Meet the Owner

Zavonya is a native of the Washington, DC metropolitan area and currently resides in Jacksonville, FL. She brings with her over 15 years of successful event planning experience. She has planned and/or participated in executing events ranging from professional, educational and religious conferences, annual meetings, non-profit fundraisers, business expos, music concerts, large-scale community parades and outreach functions, destination events, annual commencement ceremonies of 2,000+ attendees, weddings and a host of social functions.

Zavonya has an undeniable passion for the field of event management and it is matched only by her relentless pursuit of excellence. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and an Associate's degree in Business Fundamentals, both from the University of Phoenix. She has also earned designations as a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) from the Events Industry Council (EIC) and Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) from the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP). In addition, she earned a Professional Certificate in Event Management from The George Washington University School of Business.
